The '''VSS Vintorez''' is a Russian semi-automatic sniper rifle with an integral suppressor, derived from the [[AS Val]]. It appears in [[DISSENTER]], used by [[2BDamned]] to kill an [[A.T.P. Soldat|A.T.P. soldat]].

The Vintorez makes a return in [[MADNESS: Project Nexus]] as a rare weapon in the rifle category. It is most notably one of 2BDamned's primary weapons when playing Co-Op for his Loadout "B" likely as a nod to it's appearance in DISSENTER. In [[MADNESS: Project Nexus/Arena Mode|Arena Mode]], it can be bought from [[MPN/Quartermaster Bert|Q-Bert]] upon the completion of either [[Slaughter Time]] Or [[The Haunting of Nevada House]].

== Trivia ==

* The rifle is back-to-front. The bolt is on the left side of the gun, not the right. The shell which is ejected also comes out of the left of the gun.
