The '''M203''' (M320) is an under-slung, barrel mounted, grenade launcher that is most prominently used on the [[M16]].
In [[Madness Combat 2: Redeemer]], [[Hank J. Wimbleton|Hank]] used this attachment to blow up [[zombie]] [[grunt]]s revived by [[Jesus]]. In [[Madness Combat 3: Avenger]], also attached to a M16, a grunt used one to fire at Hank, who dodges the grenade. In [[Madness Combat 5: Depredation]], it is attached to a [[FBI-9]] at the cabinet [[Hank J. Wimbleton|Hank]] gets the [[Micro Uzi]]s and also in a [[Poster]]. In [[Madness Combat 6.5]], this time not attached to any weapon, [[Deimos]] acquired it on the Quartermaster's room and used it several times to kill agents. It also made a standalone appearance in [[Incident: 011A]], used by a grunt to kill [[Mag Agent: Torture]] by shooting at his head, blowing him up.

Another appearance was in [[Incident: 100A]] where Deimos picks up an [[AR-15]] with the M203 attached. Deimos used it to blow up a group of [[Agent|l33t agents]] who had paintball masks over their faces. Although he reloads the grenade launcher, Deimos never fires it again. The M203-equipped AR-15 reappears in [[Incident: 1000A]], used by Tricky to blow up Hank's head.

The M203 is also featured in the game [[Madness: Project Nexus (Classic)]]. The player can buy it in Arena Combat mode for the base price of $1550. It holds a maximum of one grenade, so it has to be reloaded after every shot. It has the highest base power of all weapons, along with the [[binary sword]], with blasts that throw all enemies aside and instantly kills lower levels enemies. However, the blasts can potentially deal damage to the player himself or allies if too close. While the accuracy reads a range of 300 (the longest of any weapon in Project Nexus), the M203 actually fires in an arc. Usually, the grenades not only kill, but also seem to obliterate weapons that any struck enemies were holding. If you shoot many grenades at a [[G03LM]], you can actually kill it without knocking its helmet off.
