He is in charge of reviving the player and their hirelings should they die during a mission.

== Overview ==
He joins S.Q. after the Pilot Episode contract mission is beaten. He explains to the player character that he was approached by Bossman, looking for an experienced doctor to assist the player should they get hurt in their missions. He can be found in the Medbay of the HQ, where he can be interacted with to pay some cash to revive fallen hirelings. The Medbay can be upgraded for an increasing fee, heavily discounting the price for revival of fallen hirelings.
== Appearance ==
Skinner M.D. is a GO3LM wearing a lab coat, a surgical mask, an orderly cap, and light blue surgical gloves alongside a stethoscope wrapped around his neck. He also has an I.D. card on his coat.

== Personality ==
Skinner seems to be a curious and ambitious G03LM who wished to be a Doctor, and found his opportunity in S.Q. when approached by [[Bossman]]. He seems to be caring of the arena character and a bit of a pacifist. Skinner appears to be playful and even clumsy, asking "Where did I leave my patches, anyway..." and immediately becoming friendly with the Player, even bidding them farewell with "Toodles!" and similarly lighthearted sayings.
