The '''USAS-12''' is an automatic shotgun designed as a combat shotgun manufactured in South Korea during the 1980s. Because of its enlarged box magazine and automatic fire, it is the most powerful shotgun in [[Madness: Project Nexus (Classic)]]. Due to this, the USAS-12 is not purchasable in Arena Mode until the player reaches level 20. It also appears in [[Incident: 1000A]], however with a shorter barrel. It is in the hands of an [[Agent]] to fight against [[Jesus]], but the latter used telekinesis to shoot all the agents in the room with it. It made its first canon appearance in [[Madness Combat 9.5]] in the hands of a [[A.T.P. Soldat|Soldat]]. The soldat fires multiple semi-auto shots at [[Hank J. Wimbleton|Hank]], the only shot connecting hitting a corpse behind him.
