A wakizashi appears several times in Madness Combat 9.5, being wielded by some [[Agent|agents]]. All of these agents are quickly and easily killed by [[Hank J. Wimbleton|Hank]]. It was also used by an [[A.T.P. Soldat]], who evaded Hank's gunfire and quickly swung the weapon twice. Hank dodged these attacks and stole the wakizashi from the soldat, killing an agent, and the weapon's original user shortly afterwards.

Throughout the final [[Hell]] scene in Madness Combat 11, four different [[Skeleton|skeleton]]s with wakizashi are summoned. The first three are punched to death by Hank, and the final one was shot to death by Hank's [[SCR M-Lok]].
