'''Zach Somnum''', alternatively known reffered to as Zapchon is a Madness protagonist created by [[Zapchon (Creator)|the animator of the same name]]. Originally a patient of the sleepwalker program, Zach deserted the [[Nexus Core|NEXUS Core]] and now works to prevent timelines across the universe from collapsing and the NEXUS Core and it's iterations from achieving its goals.

==Appearance==
Initially, Zach Somnum took the appearance of the average sleepwalker program patient, donning a metallic mask with a singular red circular viewport as well as bandages all across his body. After forcing some NEXUS scientists to upgrade him to grant him his abilities, the mask is removed and he dons a white shirt and a grey beanie with a blue stripe running across. While being tested after being killed by the N51, he dons a blue jacket, blue fingerless gloves and finds a pair of blue-tinted glasses.

His latest iterations show him with the additions of black, scruffy hair, dark boots and a redesigned blue jacket with markings at the sides, a hood and strings to fasten it.

Zach Somnum's trademark ability which allows him to make incredibly speedy dashes, allowing him to get behind opponents in the blink of an eye and dodge oncoming gunfire.

Zach seems to have knowledge on the usage of cross-world travel technology using portals as seen in Madness CringeHank: The 7 Devices and potentially Abnormis: DEPARTURE as he's seen in the crossworlds that David Abnormis himself travels through.
