Appearance:
In his most basic appearance, Dad appears to be a mag agent with a face not unlike the grunts in Krinkel's shorts. Throughout the series his appearance changes a lot, i.e. gaining shades, gaining hair, losing shades, gaining a monocle, changing eye colors, resembling Big Daddy from Bioshock, etc. He also has a big penis that had been depicted as multiple colors including black, green, gold, and red.
Personality:
Dad seems to have a desire to "Enlighten" every being in the series, especially his "children," by having sex with them. This desire is so strong that he would do anything including time travel. He also appears to be homophobic and transphobic as he looks down upon Heather's decision to transition, calling her a "gay trans emo," and seems to misgender her but is also the one to give her new name. He also kill those who get in the way of the enlightenment.
Ablities:
He has a vast range of powers. He has enhanced durability which could be seen from him surviving a cliff fall, but not Hank. He also has a power to deflect things, time travel, attack with blue energy, and cook objects when he has fire hair. When he is Big Daddy he could drill things with his drill. He can also eat shot guns.

Dad's hair is literal fire (has used it to light a cigarette)
He was used to represent God in the first episode before becoming his own character in the episodes after
His glasses in his pre monocle form is actually Madness 5/6 Hank's glasses which where edited to fit under Dad's eyebrows, and later edited to be black
The Monocle, the Big Daddy mask, and the Drill are the only assets in all of Dad's designs which were made from scratch
