An adrenaline shot was used by Sanford in Madness Combat 6.5. He used the syringe as an anesthetic after bandaging the bullet wound he received in the lower torso from an A.T.P. engineer. The adrenaline shot was found in a first aid kit on the wall. Once Sanford used it, it caused a 'fight or flight' response, allowing him to easily ignore the pain and continue fighting alongside Deimos.
