Robots are enemies in MADNESS: Project Nexus that are in some levels involving Nexus Core. Their melee attacks are three fast hits that do above average damage. They can also charge their attacks to do a cyclone spin. While they have a lot of armor since they are made of metal, they move slowly and take time to turn, plus their back is vulnerable to any kind of damage should they be circled around. There are three existing variants.
Robutler
Robutlers are robots that serve the Nexus Core by serving and preparing them food. They are white with red stripes.
Conduit
Conduits are robots that are made specifically for combat, serving the role of suicide bombers. They will enter an enraged state where they run towards enemies, leap onto them, then self destruct into a dissonant explosion. They are black with purple stripes.
Liftbot
Liftbots are the more common kind of robots that serve the Nexus Core by collecting and transferring crates to them. They do not have any special abilities, but they may carry crates which can protect them from incoming bullets. Their color is a metallic grey with black stripes.
