The '''FN Five-seven''' is a Belgian pistol chambered for the unique 5.7x28mm round. It debuted in the series in [[Madness Combat 7.5]] in the hands of an [[A.T.P. soldat]] aiming at [[Deimos]] but missing both shots. In [[Incident: 100A]], it is Deimos' starter weapon along with an [[iron knife]] before both are discarded for an [[AR-15]] with a [[M203|grenade launcher attachment]].

It is a usable weapon in [[Madness: Project Nexus (Classic)]]. Statistically, it is an improved [[Beretta 92]].

It makes a return in [[MADNESS: Project Nexus]] as the '''Nevadean Needler MK.57''' or simply '''NN57''' where it is commonly seen among [[MPN/Nexus Agent|Nexus agents]]. It has the second highest default capacity of any other pistol, only beaten out by the [[OTs-33|Otis-33]]. In [[MPN/Arena Mode|Arena Mode]], it is unlocked once either [[Slaughter Time]] or [[The Haunting of Nevada House]] is completed, where it can then be made purchasable from [[MPN/Quartermaster Bert|Bert]].
