"Quadhorror" is a creature that appears in Project Creber: Extrication Part 2, most likely created by the A.A.H.W. as a living weapon. It briefly fights Creber and his clones alongside other experiments before being killed off.

History

During the events of Project Creber: Extrication Part 1, Quadhorror was held captive in Experiment Site 04 with other creations. Despite it's visible marks of invasive experimentation, it was shown to be docile enough to be grouped together with other similar creations.

When Creber reached the site and began killing off personnel, the scientists at the location released the experiments in a last ditch effort to slay Creber. It's unknown if the creations were held in different cells and were only grouped when the scientist released them, or if they were always grouped in the same cell, regardlessly, they show no agression towards each other and all came after Creber as soon as unleashed.

Quadhorror lunges forward and shoots spikes into one of Creber's clones chest and hand, causing him to drop his gun. It then lunges on him and rips off his mask, killing him. It continues to move forward to kill the last remaining Creber clone, lunging on him but missing and hitting the wall instead. It then sits idly laid on the floor before being shot and killed by Creber.

Abilities

Quadhorror seems to be a pretty viscious, bestial creature. It has an anus-like structure that can shoot spikes, a very large mouth-like structure with protuding bones in the shape of teeth, and is strong enough to forcefully rip-off Creber's cirurgically attached mask. Unlike most common nevadeans, it has no feet, instead walking around with two pairs of hands, giving it a distinctively quadruped motion.

It seems, however, to have severe mental stunt caused by the painful experiments it was subject to, verified by it's sluggish movement after attempting to lunge at Creber.
