The A.T.P. Commander is a high rank official of the AAHW and one of the main antagonists of the Feelings series. He debuts as a protagonist in his own episode, Feelings 3: Foray.

History

Feelings 1: Curiosity

During the Agency's operation to hide personnel and equipment in abandoned locations around Retropolis and prepare to take the Improbability effects there, the Commander (technically not a commander yet) is one of two soldats assigned to defend one of the taken factories alongside other agents. This location is then attacked by Bibi and Victor V. Vance, who are able to kill the majority of the crew. Offscreen, he is able to take down Victor, stealing his baseball bat and using it as his main weapon from this point onward (this is shown in Feelings 1.5).

When Bibi finds the schematics and plans of the Agency to take over Retropolis, the Commander finds her and knocks her unconscious with Victor's stolen baseball bat, saying "curiosity killed the cat", assigning her this nickname. Offscreen, he drags her down to ground level, and later confronts an agent about the situation, saying he will report this incident to the higher ups while he deals with Bibi. The agent looks back, only to realise by the time they stopped talking, Bibi is already missing.

Feelings 1.5: Flee

In this episode, the Commander confronts Victor, ordering him to surrender. Victor declines, which leads the Commander to say "this will be rather enjoyable". Victor goes on the offensive, shooting at the soldat who blocks with his own rifle. Victor jumps up, trying to attack, but the commander is able to shoot him down with his rifle midair, knocking him down then beating him with the butt of the broken rifle. Victor's allegedly dead body is dragged down by the other personnel to a dumpster, while the Commander goes to find the next intruder.

Feelings 3: Foray

The Commander is the protagonist of this episode. Having done a great job stopping the intruders in Feelings 1, it's implied he has been promoted to Commander rank, alongside other promotions among the survivors of Bibi and Victor's assault.
