Koty is a friend of Kryy and a protagonist in several Madness Combat tribute animations.

Koty appeared to intercept an Eye Monster who had taken the package, only to trip and drop it as he was running away. Before the Eye Monster can pick it up, he is shot through the head by Koty, who picks up the package instead. Heading into the next room, Koty kills several more Eye Monsters and Agents who attempt to retrieve the package from him. However, he is eventually killed by two elite Eye Monsters, only for Seeker to appear and take back the package from them.
