Newgrounds is an online flash portal created by Tom Fulp in 1995. Originally made purely for hosting his own work, it went on to become the first website to be fully made up of user-generated content, much like YouTube.
Newgrounds is where Krinkels originally submitted the Madness series. Newgrounds also celebrates Madness Day every September 22nd, the date Madness Combat was released, and has many Madness Tributes.
