David Corsen is the leader of a gang of bank robbers and an antagonist in the Maximum Ninja series.
History
Pre-Maximum Ninja
David Corsen at one point went to kill Steve, who was in debt to him. However, Steve shot both him and his goon and stole the gem around his neck, granting Steve numerous supernatural powers.
Maximum Ninja 3
While at a convention for "Pissed Off Gang Leaders", David vowed to get revenge on Steve. David later left the convention at the same time as Arashikage, who vowed to get revenge on the Ninja. David drove over to Steve's base and attacked it, killing several of Steve's Sguard.
