The A.A.H.W. scientific facility is a location featured in An Experiment. This facility is used by the A.A.H.W. for scientific and testing purposes, as a scientist is seen working in the site. The facility is comprised of three buildings, with a distant edifice overlooking the site. The only known rooms are the hand separator room and it's adjacent monitoring area, which are located on the right building. There's also a car parked outside of the base, the vehicle being the one that Sanford and Deimos drive at the beginning of Madness Combat 9: Aggregation.

In the animation, the A.A.H.W. use a grunt as a test subject for an experiment to test what happens if you separate the hands from the body. The experiment causes the grunt, known as Scrapeface, to cause self-harm to himself while also erratically distorting reality around him. Scrapeface breaks free from the room, killing an engineer and a soldat before completely destroying himself. Shortly after, the right building splits itself in two, continued by the bottom half of the building exploding, resulting in the deaths of all the people inside it. This gave Sanford and Deimos the opportunity to kill the remaining A.A.H.W personnel and steal the parked car.
