The Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device, colloquially known as the Portal Gun or its acronym, ASHPD, is a device used to create portals. It's originally from the Portal series, and it is used throughout Portal Turret AMV, where the Ephixa penguin uses it to navigate through the rooms and kill the turrets in a stylish way. It was also used to slice the shadow form of himself in half.
