A sabre (also spelt saber) is a curved sword traditionally used by cavalry. It can also be used as a duelling weapon in fencing. In Madness Combat, it's predominantly found in The Other Place.

The sabre is wielded by a 1337 agent before being stripped from his hands and taken by Hank, who uses it to slice another agent in half as well as the original wielder. Hank then uses the same sword to deflect a bullet from an A.T.P. engineer's revolver into a nearby A.T.P. soldat, slices 2 agents and pierce through yet another agent's face. After grabbing a FAMAS, Hank meets up with Tricky, who mysteriously teleport into the location. Hank shoots him with the remaining bullets of his FAMAS before using the sabre again to pierce through his torso, cutting Tricky badly and leaving him in a very damaged state. Tricky is then sliced in half by "the other Hank" with a chainsaw, who charges Hank right afterwards. Hank utilizes his sabre defensively against himself and tries to cut his "clone" with it, but the weapon is knocked out of his hands after he is bashed by him with an agent's head, and remains unused for the remainder of the animation.

Madness Combat 11: Expurgation

In Madness Combat 11, a Tricky skeleton emerged from the ground wielding a sabre. During his attempt to charge Sanford with the sword, Sanford threw his tomahawk at the skeleton - killing him and making the weapon fall to the ground.

Trivia

• Along with some other melee weapons, this weapon was never seen outside of The Other Place.
