The Remington 870 is one of three shotguns that appear in Madness Combat 7: Consternation (the other two being the Mossberg 500 and the semi-auto shotgun). In Madness Combat 7, Hank uses the shotgun to shoot the demonic Tricky, damaging the Portable Improbability Drive.

The Remington 870 also makes an appearance in Madness Combat 6.5, used by an A.T.P. engineer.

The shotgun also appears in Madness Combat 9.5 part 2 in a sawed-off configuration, wielded by an Agent.
