Suppressors (also known as silencers) are devices used for reducing the amount of noise emitted by weaponry. They are used occasionally in the series, primarily by Hank, in order to stealthily infiltrate buildings.

The suppressor was first used in Madness Redeemer by Hank, who attached one to a PPK. In Madness Depredation, Hank used a suppressed M1911. The suppressor didn't appear again until Madness Aggregation, where it was seen on an agent's M-10. In Madness Combat 7.5, suppressors were attached to Sanford's TMP and Deimos' MK-23.

Suppressors have also appeared in Madness Interactive on the Beretta 92 and MP5. In Madness: Project Nexus (Classic), suppressors can be found on most pistols and all submachine guns. They are the only attachments that do not alter a gun's stats or price.
