The Colt Revolver is a revolver chambered for the .357 Magnum round. It was first seen wielded by the first chronologically-appearing A.T.P. engineer, who used it to shoot Sanford in the stomach. Later on, Sanford grabbed one from a civilian in Madness Combat 6.5 and, in Madness Combat 9: Aggregation, used it as his primary weapon along with his hook. After being chased by an enhanced engineer, Sanford discarded the revolver for a rifle.

A longer Colt Revolver is a usable weapon in Madness: Project Nexus (Classic). It is the second most powerful handgun after the S&W 500. This longer version also makes non-canon appearances in Incident: 100A, Incident: 110A, Incident: 1000A and ROMP.FLA.
