Madness Combat 3: Avenger

The first time gravity has killed someone was when Hank knocked a grunt off a ledge, after a room split itself in half when the Sheriff activated the Improbability Drive.

Madness Combat 4: Apotheosis

In this episode while fighting in the stairwell, Hank knocks a Grunt into the back wall and to the bottom of the staircase.

Madness Combat 6.5

Deimos killed an agent by throwing a billy club At him, knocking him off a ledge and sending him plummeting to his demise when Sanford was bandaging himself up.

Madness Combat 7: Consternation

There are two kills with gravity in Consternation, both come as Hank was fighting agents on the stairwell, knocking two down to the very bottom.

Madness Combat 9: Aggregation

Deimos hit an Agent hanging on to some railing with Hanks body, knocking him to his demise.

Madness Combat 11: Expurgation

There is only one kill with gravity in Episode 11. Just after Tricky gives Sanford a Trench Knife and MP5K, Sanford knocks a clown off the edge. The clown desperately tries to gain a foothold but ultimately falls.

Madness Combat 9.5 Part 1

In episode 9.5 there are two kills with gravity. The first at the very beginning when Hank knocked one grunt into another, knocking him off a ledge. The second appears as Hank fights the last group of enemies before being caught by the retainer. Hank disarms an Agent and proceeds to do a spin kick, knocking him off the edge to his death below.
