Elevators are a type of vertical transportation that allow for travel between floors of buildings. They have been seen throughout several Madness Combat episodes, first appearing in Madness Redeemer, where it was used by Hank to get to the Sheriff.

Although elevators have been used predominately for transport, there has been two occasions where they were used as weapons. In Madness Combat 2: Redeemer, Hank broke the elevator's cables which resulted in the deaths of two grunts inside it. Hank also used an elevator to slice an agent in half in Madness Consternation.
