The H&K MP7 is a German 4.7mm submachine gun. It made its first chronological appearance in Madness Combat 6.5, and its canon debut in Madness Combat 8: Inundation. In Madness Inundation, Jesus picked it up to destroy the control panel near the test tubes containing bodies.

An MP7, attached with a suppressor, a laser sight and scope, is one of Deimos' primary weapons in the Story Mode of Madness: Project Nexus (Classic). The MP7 has the highest ammo capacity of all SMGs in the game. However, in terms of total ammo, the M-11 outclasses the MP7.

In MADNESS: Project Nexus, the MP7 returned after the Full Release [1.05.c] Update as the NM-46 as well as a unique shocker variant. Both of these weapons currently do not appear in Story Mode and are exclusive to Arena Mode And Playground Mode at the moment.
