A tomahawk is a type of single-handed axe, typically used by Native Americans.

Madness Combat 9.5

The tomahawk makes its first canon appearance in Episode 9.5. In part 1 it is wielded by an agent, who gets quickly dispatched by Hank. It also appears in part 2, where an agent throws it at Hank. However, Hank dodges the axe and it hits a wall behind him, in which it gets stuck.

Madness Combat 11: Expurgation

A tomahawk appears in the hands of a skeleton fighting Sanford. Sanford disarms the skeleton, and uses the axe to kill multiple other enemies before throwing it, lodging it in another skeleton.

Madness Combat 12: Contravention

A single tomahawk appears, used by an agent who appears near the end of the episode. The agent falls from the sky and onto a platform, and before proceeding to fight Sanford, picks up a Billy club from the ground. In spite of wielding two weapons, the agent is easily killed by being stabbed with a Carbon knife while he was jumping towards the protagonist.
