The railgun is a powerful electromagnetic weapon which only appears in Madness Interactive. In the game, the railgun holds up to five rails that can penetrate multiple enemies, killing each with only one shot. However, it has a very slow rate of fire.
According to Krinkels, the railgun will never appear in the Madness Combat episodes.
