The bottle is a glass weapon that can be used in Madness: Project Nexus (Classic). In the Story Mode, it is especially common in the Bar level of Episode One, with many grunts drinking out of them before using them as weapons against Sanford and Deimos. The creators of the game; Krinkels, The-Swain, Cheshyre, and Luis, all wielded bottles in the level.

Bottles have been seen in the episodes as well. They either serve as background items or in the hands of agents having a drink. Several agents in Madness Combat 7.5 tried to wield them as if they were weapons, and were swiftly mowed down by Sanford and Deimos.
