The suicide bomb is an explosive device used in Madness Interactive and Madness Combat 4. In Madness Interactive the suicide bomb can be used as an upgrade after completing a level. The suicide bomb can be used to blow up and kill surrounding enemies at the cost of one of the player's lives.

At the end of Madness Combat 4: Apotheosis, Hank uses a suicide bomb of his own, after he is shot several times by Jesus, as a last ditch effort to kill him. Hank detonates the bomb killing both him and Jebus.
