The M60 is an American 7.62mm machine gun. It was the first machine gun to appear in the series, debuting in Madness Avenger, used by Tricky in an attempt to kill Hank. However, Hank used a grunt as a shield against it. Tricky discarded it when its ammo was depleted.

The M60 also appears in Madness Interactive. It can hold 30 rounds and fires 3-round bursts.

The M60 reappears in Madness Combat 11 being used by Tricky to shoot at Sanford, who protected himself with a riot shield, as part of a reference to Madness Avenger, before being used by Hank to shoot Tricky apart.

The M60 reappears in MADNESS: Project Nexus as the N-60, now boasting a 100-round box and firing in full-auto unlike it's Interactive counterpart, and it's barrel can even be cut down to three different ways. In Story Mode, this weapon first appears in Base Jumping where it can be seen in the G03LM Locker Room and utilized. In Arena Mode, the weapon can be bought from the Black Market occasionally. G03LMs in Nexus Core Facility have a chance to spawn with one. The game considers it a massive weapon, and thus your character will always turn extremely sluggish when wielding it.
