The FN FAL is a selective-fire battle rifle. The FAL debuted in Madness Apotheosis armed by grunts. In Madness Combat 6.5 it appeared in the hands of an agent at the end of the episode who was killed by Sanford wielding an M203. In Madness Consternation, it was in the hands of a l33t agent training two grunts, Hank flew and landed on the agent's face, killing him. In Madness Aggregation, Sanford armed himself with the FAL that was left behind from MC7 to fight the Auditor. It also made a brief appearance in Incident: 001A With a much darker color and a flashlight attached underneath the barrel. This gun didn't fire a single shot until Madness Combat 10: Abrogation.

The FN FAL is the most powerful rifle in Madness: Project Nexus (Classic) and deals the most damage per shot. Additionally, it has a long range and is highly accurate. To compensate for its low ammunition capacity, the rifle can include a maximum of three extra magazines.
