The Walther PPK is a German pocket pistol, and has made frequent appearances during the Madness Combat series. It was the Sheriff's weapon of choice in Madness Redeemer. Hank also used a suppressed version in the beginning of Madness Combat 2 to take out the guards on the roof of the main building. In Madness Inundation, it appeared with a more detailed and realistic look. One of the Mag V2 guards had a giant one, but never got to fire it.
The PPK is also a weapon featured in both Madness Interactive and Madness: Project Nexus (Classic). It is the cheapest firearm that can be purchased in Arena Combat Mode. Mag Agent: N uses a giant PPK in the final level of Episode 1 of the Story Mode.
In MADNESS: Project Nexus, the PPK returns once again as the Nevadean Protector Kompact or NPK, and is used commonly by most factions in the game. In Arena Mode, the NPK becomes available for purchase after Pilot Episode once the Player has been introduced to Quartermaster Bert. Much like the previous game, it is one of the cheapest weapons the player can buy almost from the start. A.A.H.W Agents and their Nexus counterpart can be equipped with NPKs. Toughs may occasionally carry one during The Goods.
